10/1-10/5 FALL BREAK!
10/8 Small group New Students (Intermediate) will meet 10/15 and 10/22
10/9-10/11 Minute Meetings
10/11 Small Group Grief Monsters (Intermediate) will meet 10/17,10/18, 10/24, and 10/25
10/12 Small Group KUDOS (Intermediate) will meet 10/19 and 10/26
10/12 Life Skills guidance lesson 3rd-6th grades on Self-Esteem
10/18 PTO meeting
10/22-10/26 Red Ribbon Week Campaign Students can dress up all week using the following as guidelines:
MONDAY: Take a stand and 'can' drug abuse! Wear red from head to toe. Also, "CAN" drug abuse by donating (to your homeroom class) at least one of the following items: Canned Ravioli's, canned soup, fruit cups, mac & cheese bowls, pudding cups, cereal, granola bars...any shelf-stable foods!* Your homeroom will earn 1-point for each package of food donated!
TUESDAY:'Drug-Free is the Key to Your Dreams!' Wear your favorite pajamas.
WEDNESDAY:'We're CRAZY About Being Drug-Free!' Mismatched socks, mismatched top and bottom, wacky hair, it doesn't matter! Wear your crazy attire to show you are happy and proud to be drug-free!
THURSDAY:'Put a "cap" on drugs!' Wear your favorite cap or hat.
FRIDAY:'We Are TC and Drug-Free!' Show your community/school spirit by wearing blue and gold from head to toe!
Wednesday, October 31st (Halloween): Don’t Be Tricked By Drugs! Students dress up as something other than themselves to trick those around them. Students can wear a disguise or costume. Be sure that it is appropriate for school. The following is not allowed: masks, vampire teeth, blood, or weapons.
